Make sure to NOT use the chain lock on kitchen doors in case of an emergency. No contact allowed with the management office. Contact the owner if you need anything Please walk through the apartment and take and send any pictures via text of any items you notice that are broken, missing, or out of place to avoid any charges. Be respectful to all building staff and guests. The pool requires covers on all chaise loungers while in use Please make sure to rinse off all sand downstairs by the pool before re-entering the apartment Make sure all ceiling fans, lights, TVs, and appliances are turned off when you are not in the unit Make sure to avoid opening any windows OR balcony doors to avoid debris, humidity, and birds from entering Treat the apartment like your own Please keep the shades down before leaving the apartment All guests must have bracelets on when at the pool area, gym, game room, or beach. Please note that valet attendants work off tips. No items are to be left outside the front door of the apartment, as this will also result in a penalty. If you move anything around in the apartment, please return it to where you found it before you leave. No tampering with smoke alarms or detectors. Please treat apartment like you would your own home.
